What do you charge for your services?

all of our services are customized to each client based on their specific needs. we take the time to meet through an introductory call to see what services are needed before developing a tailor-made proposal.

How do you take payments?

We typically agree upon a payment method of half up-front, half upon project completion. For social media clients, monthly payments are made and can be auto-charged to your account. For a-la-carte design services, an hourly fee will be charged and total is paid at completion of project. We provide a portal to make payments online as well as payment by check.

What is your onboarding process?

We take the time to meet through an introductory call before developing a tailor-made proposal specific to your needs. Then, depending on the service(s) requested, we complete industry and competitor research before any design decisions are made. Timelines are established and frequency of check-in calls are determined with every client to ensure deadlines are met on both sides.

Do you accept inspiration boards?

YES! This assists us in learning more about your likes and dislikes and can heavily expedite processes.
